Cancellation Policy
How to change or cancel subscriptions, pre-orders, and try-before-you-buy orders.
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, a pre-order, or a try-before-you-buy purchase. This policy explains how you can change or cancel these types of orders. For information on returns and refunds, please see our Refund Policy.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you'll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription duration and frequency you select at checkout.
- Your payment details are stored securely.
- You'll be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.
- Some subscriptions may auto-renew at the end of their duration.
If you don't want a subscription to renew, you can cancel it at any time before the next charge is processed.

Pre-orders
When you purchase a pre-order, you're buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory.
- At checkout, we may collect no payment or a partial deposit, store your payment method, and then charge the full or remaining amount at a future date when the order is fulfilled.
You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled and request a refund of any amount paid.
If a pre-order has already been fulfilled (shipped), it can no longer be cancelled, but you may be able to request a full or partial refund in line with our Refund Policy.
Try before you buy
For try-before-you-buy items, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order, but do not immediately capture the full payment.
You will have a set trial period to decide whether you want to keep the item. The length of this period will be communicated at checkout or in your order confirmation.
If you decide not to keep the item, you must return it within the specified trial period and in accordance with our Refund Policy. If the trial period passes and the item has not been returned, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
